At RARE, each item is made to order specifically for you. This helps reduce overproduction and keeps every drop intentional.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Accidental orders
• Minor color variations caused by screen display differences

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll make it right.

To request a replacement or refund:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Include your order number
• Include clear photos showing the issue

If approved, we may offer:

• A replacement item
• Store credit
• A refund to your original payment method

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
